4:30 PM - 5:30 PM    Fitness Fun Camp - Fitness Fun Camp
Have fun with fitness exercises while participating in an obstacle course. Different fitness obstacles will be provided (small hurdles, ladders, mini "snakes" (exercise bands), tennis balls. Each day will be focused on something different. Going through the course the children will be learning different exercises as well as running, back peddling, bear crawling or just frog jumping.Instructor: Jillian Temple
 
5:30 PM - 6:30 PM    Speed and Agility Camp - Speed and Agility Camp
Get in shape before fall sports start with Speed & Agility Camp. Participants will learn proper warm up stretch and cool down, running techniques using quick feet agility drills, body weight exercise circuits and fun fitness games. Instructed by Certified Personal Trainer and Collegiate Coach Jillian Temple.
