Summer Fitness for All Athletes - Speed and Agility Camp Have fun with fitness. Let's get ready for your fall sports. Kids will learn about proper nutrition, how to perform exercises safely, and learn different drills to increase speed. We will be playing fun games that deal with different fitness activities. These activities will help with hand eye coordination, agility skills, conditioning,overall strength, and help build confidence.
