5:30 PM - 6:30 PM    Yoga w/ Cheryl Miller - Yoga Magic
Yoga Magic (Ages 16+)Yoga Magic is everything you could ask for in a yoga class and is appropriate for practitioners at all levels. It incorporates grounding, movement, strength building, increasing flexibility, breath awareness, stillness and deep relaxation. Each class begins with a brief centering and grounding, followed by 20 or so minutes of slow vinyasa flow, then progressing into 20 or so minutes of long-held, passive Yin postures, and culminating with stillness during a guided meditation and extended savasana. This class is deeply restorative and magical. You should wear comfortable clothes that allow free movement and bring socks for the last part of class. Layers are always good and are recommended. Bring a mat, a blanket (or two), a cushion, pillow or bolster, and blocks if you have them.*Inclement Weather - Class will be moved inside or made up at the end of the session*

Fitness with Jill Temple (Ages 18+)Let's get fit and have fun! These classes will get your body moving and your heart pumping to reach your fitness goals. We will be performing all body weight exercises and a little cardio sequence. All you need to bring is a yoga mat and water.
