Counselor In Training Program (Entering Grades 9th - 11th)

The CIT Program is Monday - Friday from 9:00am - 4:00pm

The CIT Program is designed to offer qualified teens an opportunity to prepare for a position as a summer camp counselor. Emphasis is placed on leadership skills, learning to become a role model and an impactful counselor to younger campers. CIT’s will assist with the Junior Playground and OSPR Summer Camp.

CIT's can receive volunteer hours to fulfill school requirements.

Program Notes
  • The $20.00 charge is to cover the cost of the Shirts. Each child will get their own OSPR shirt.
  • Participants will need to bring a water bottle, snack, lunch and sunscreen daily.
  • Please arrive on Monday at 8:30am, as we will have a meeting to go over expectations and hand out shirts.
