Let's get fit and have fun!!
Wake up and get your day started by moving your body. This morning class will get your heart pumping and sweating in order to tackle the day. We will be performing all body weight exercises and a little cardio sequence. All you need to bring is a beach towel/yoga mat and water.

- Hi. I'm Jill and I am a certified personal trainer. I grew up playing sports all through high school and college, so the gym has become my happy place. I understand the gym for many could be an intimidating place so I decided to go on my own and start at home training as well as teach classes. My training isn't specific to one age group or specific sports training. Currently my youngest client is 6 years old and my oldest is 70 years old. Most of my training is based off a circuit style.
