Virtual Fitness w/ Jill Temple

This program will keep your kids moving in a fun and safe way and will introduce them to fitness and why it is so important. Practicing balance, cardio (running in place/jumping jacks/quick feet), and learning body control.  We have a more advanced class for our 6th – 8th graders where they will have fun with circuit training and different fitness games. We will focus on proper technique for a variety of exercises while increasing their confidence and self-esteem. From cardio to body weight resistance/ strength and quick footwork. Towards the end the kids will even be able to write their own workout using all the different exercises that we practice.

  • Level 1 Precision nutrition certified
  • Pre/Postnatal Performance Training Specialist
  • CPR certified.

  • Prior to the start of class, participants should download the Zoom App available for Android or IOS users.
  • This program will require an internet connect via WiFi or using your data plan an charges may apply, please contact your carrier for rates.
  • Our instructor will email you a link, meeting ID and passcode about 30 minutes prior to the start of each class.
  • Please do not share this information with anyone.
  • You will be prompted to allow your device to access its microphone and camera, should you want to engage in our program.
  • Once in our classroom, please mute your microphone unless asked by our instructor otherwise.
