Chair Yoga
Yoga is a connection of body, breath and spirit. As an Adult APRN, Kate teaches yoga because of its many health benefits with stretch, movement and mindfulness. The Kripalu  yoga approach has three guiding principles: self-care, self-responsibility, and self-observation without judgement. Chair yoga is a safe and effective way for everyone to access the many health benefits of yoga.
