LYT Yoga
The LYT Yoga® method is a core based vinyasa practice to improve our movement in life. Throughout our days we create postural imbalances by sitting and/or using technology for long periods of time. The LYT method addresses these imbalances so that our yoga practice can be safer, create better movements patterns by remapping our brain's tendencies, and connect us to our core to make us feel more energetic and alive! Instructions provided for all levels.

About LYT Yoga ®
Founded by international yoga pioneer and Physical therapist Lara Heimann, LYT® (Lara’s Yoga
Technique) is a sophisticated method of practice that is based on the three principles of Physiology,
Kinesiology and Neurology. With a core understanding of movement from a cellular level while
highlighting the mechanics of how movement happens, LYT Yoga® is an intense movement experience
that systematically overrides the patterns of compensation and poor habits through an exploration of brain
mapping and purposeful movement. Simple to both teach and practice, LYT® classes emphasizing
intelligent sequencing, smart cueing and alignment

  • Class takes place outdoors, 2nd session will meet at The Vicki Duffy Pavilion at Saybrook Point.
  • Please bring a water bottle, Yoga Mat and Two Foam Blocks
