Teen Fitness
Have fun with fitness. Let's get ready for your fall sports. Kids will learn about proper nutrition, how to perform exercises safely, and learn different drills to increase speed. We will be playing fun games that deal with different fitness activities. These activities will help with hand eye coordination, agility skills, conditioning,overall strength, and help build confidence.

  • Hi. I'm Jill and I am a certified personal trainer. I grew up playing sports all through high school and college, so the gym has become my happy place. I understand the gym for many could be an intimidating place so I decided to go on my own and start at home training as well as teach classes. My training isn't specific to one age group or specific sports training. Currently my youngest client is 6 years old and my oldest is 70 years old. Most of my training is based off a circuit style.

  • Pronatal Fitness Pre/Postnatal Performance Training Specialist
  • CPR/AED Certified
  • NESTA Kettlebell Coach
  • Certified personal trainer
  • Level 1 Precision nutrition certified
