Get in shape before fall sports start with Speed & Agility Camp. Participants will learn proper warm up stretch and cool down, running techniques using quick feet agility drills, body weight exercise circuits and fun fitness games. Instructed by Certified Personal Trainer and Collegiate Coach Jillian Temple.

- Hi. I'm Jill and I am a certified personal trainer. I grew up playing sports all through high school and college, so the gym has become my happy place. I understand the gym for many could be an intimidating place so I decided to go on my own and start at home training as well as teach classes. My training isn't specific to one age group or specific sports training. Currently my youngest client is 6 years old and my oldest is 70 years old. Most of my training is based off a circuit style.
