Thia knows from experience the discomfort associated with misalignment of the body. After working at a desk and computer for many years, she had a rounded upper back, drooping shoulders, and a tipped pelvis. Through exercise and yoga Thia was able to improve her posture and get out of pain. This workshop will teach how to find proper alignment, exercises to improve common postural issues, and strategies to stay in alignment throughout the day.
