Fun Afterschool Fitness
Get your body moving in a fun way. Speed, agility, hand eye coordination,  and even learning to write your own workouts. We will use a bunch of different fitness accessories (ladders, hoops, tennis balls) and make fun different obstacle courses using all different exercises.
