Beginner Yoga with Becca
Yoga Basic Fundamentals class will explore aspects of yoga through pranayama (breathwork), asanas (postures), meditation, mindfulness, chanting. Learn how to do a sun salutation and so much more. Wear comfortable clothing. Bring a yoga mat and water bottle. If you have any props (blankets, cushion or blocks) feel free to bring them as well.
- Please bring a yoga mat, yoga block or prop & water bottle.
- Class meets in the back classroom at The Rec. Center.
Instructor Rebecca Pepitone
- Rebecca Pepitone is trained in Andean Yoga which unites traditional yoga with Andean Wisdom in a Hatha Vinyasa style. She is currently a Self Realization Fellow and a student at Kripalu’s School of Integrative Yoga Therapy. Her mission is to spread the benefits of yoga to as many people as possible. Find balance and bliss through the practice of yoga with Becca on Wednesday nights.
