Becca Yoga
Yoga for Self-Awareness with Becca
Through assessment, gentle movements, breath, and mindfulness we practice witnessing ourselves.  Learn about the five koshas, subtle energies, and the eight limbs of yoga.  Please bring a yoga mat and a water bottle.  Any props such as blankets or blocks are welcome also.

  • These yoga classes includes gentle asanas/postures and breathwork/pranayama as well as include aspects of the eight limbs of yoga. Join us for the collective practice of self awareness.
  • Please bring a yoga mat, yoga block or prop & water bottle.
  • Class meets in the back classroom at The Rec. Center.

Instructor Rebecca Pepitone
  • Rebecca Pepitone is trained in Andean Yoga which unites traditional yoga with Andean Wisdom in a Hatha Vinyasa style. She is currently a Self Realization Fellow and a student at Kripalu’s School of Integrative Yoga Therapy. Her mission is to spread the benefits of yoga to as many people as possible. Find balance and bliss through the practice of yoga with Becca on Wednesday nights.
