Fitness w/ Jill Temple - Adult Fitness w/ Jill @ The Beach Session 1 Let's get fit and have fun!!Wake up and get your day started by moving your body. This morning class will get your heart pumping and sweating in order to tackle the day. We will be performing all body weight exercises and a little cardio sequence. All you need to bring is a beach towel/yoga mat and water.
